Bed
Welded bed, compact design, good rigidity, high strength, stable and reliable, with excellent shock resistance and machine base with high performance dynamic and static characteristics.
Crossbeam
Cutting machine beam adopts aviation extruded aluminum beam, with medium strength, good corrosion resistance, its material is 6005A aluminum alloy. Rough machined after annealing to remove internal stresses, and finish machined after secondary vibration aging treatment.
Cutting head
(1) Cutting more stable, more efficient process to take real-time monitoring;
(2) Intelligent perforation, greatly improving processing efficiency;
(3) Low maintenance costs, plug and play when replacing;
(4) Adopt multi-stage collision blocks to reduce the probability of collision damage;
(5) Replacement of protective lenses is faster and more convenient;
(6) With lens detection function, real-time detection of the state of the lens;
(7) With real-time focusing adjustment.
